This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) states the objectives of ix.kw, the prerequisites for joining ix.kw and being a ix.kw member, the Services that ix.kw provides to its members and the commitments of ix.kw members to ix.kw. It shall be signed by all new members upon joining and forms a formal agreement between the member and ix.kw.
