WHEREAS, the Participating United Nations Organizations signing this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Participating UN Organizations”) have developed a CAR Humanitarian Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) starting on July 2008 and ending upon completion of all projects funded under CAR Humanitarian Fund, as may be amended from time to, as part of humanitarian aid in [Country] within the framework of the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) which outlines the strategic and operational plan for the UN and partners humanitarian assistance in [Country], as more fully described in the Operational Manual of the CAR Humanitarian Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Manual”), a copy of which is attached hereto as ANNEX A;
