In reference to conversations between Reschka Design Build, LLC and you, the client, it is understood that we are interested in acting as the General Contractor for your project by contract. Reschka Design Build, LLC, at this time, requests our standard non-refundable payment. This payment will serve to gather documents needed for design, assemble a line-itemized proposal, schedule, and hold our crews for your project and is a confirmation of continuing good faith in contract negotiation and our agreement to perform the work, subject to mutually agreeable final contract terms, which are outlined below.
