It is mutually agreed that the purpose and intent of this Agreement is to promote cooperation and har- mony between the Employer, the Employees and the Union, and to secure for the parties the full benefits of orderly Collective Bargaining; to recognize mutual inter- est and to provide a channel through which informa- tion and problems may be transmitted from one to the other, and to provide an amicable method for the fair and peaceful disposition of all Grievances; to promote efficiency in the production of quality products, and to set forth the conditions of employment to be observed by the Employees, the Union and the Company.
