This Agreement entered into this the day of January, 2018, by and between Davidson County, a body politic and corporate of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to as "County," and the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, hereinafter referred to as "Patrol," pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of Chapter 160A of the North Carolina General Statutes.
