Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco, a public body, established and existing under the laws of the State of California, commonly known as the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure (the “Successor Agency”) and FOCIL-MB, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner” or “FOCIL”). As used in this Amendment, “City” means the City and County of San Francisco, a charter city and county. All initially capitalized terms in this Amendment shall have the meanings set forth in the South OPA (as defined below), unless otherwise specifically provided in this Amendment.
