This Books at JSTOR Agreement (the “Agreement”) describes the terms on which ITHAKA, d/b/a JSTOR, having its principal place of business at One Liberty Plaza, 165 Broadway, 5th Floor New York, NY 10006, and Masaryk university, Munipress, having its seat at Žerotínovo nám. 617/9, Brno 601 77, Czechia (“Publisher”), (each individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) will collaborate, in furtherance of their respective missions, to facilitate improved and broader access to and preservation of Publisher's digital scholarly materials by making them available on JSTOR's research platform. This Agreement is effective once signed by both Parties (the “Effective Date”).
