This legally binding Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between MaxRecall Technologies, Inc., a Georgia corporation (“MaxRecall”), and the Customer purchasing Services (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date it is accepted by MaxRecall (the “Effective Date”). By ordering the Services, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer has read, understands, acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all the provisions of this Agreement, along with any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies that MaxRecall may establish and post on its website from time to time.
