This grant agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective on September 1, 2019 (the "Effective Date") between New York University (the "University"), and the Charles Koch Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation (the "Donor"). This Agreement is for the benefit of The Center for Social Media and Politics (the "Center"), which is housed in the College of A1ts & Science (the "College") at the University. The University and the Donor are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Patty" and collectively as the "Patties." The Patties agree as follows:
