This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among the following Parties: (i) Breandan Cotter (“Cotter”) and Jack Dinh (“Dinh,” together the “Representative Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, by and through the undersigned counsel of record; and (ii) Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc.
