THIS COOPERATIVE ENDEAVOR AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Orleans Parish School Board (the "OPSB"), herein represented by John Brown, its President, and InspireNOLA Charter Schools, a Louisiana nonprofit corporation (”InspireNOLA"), herein represented by Wayne Crochet, its Board President. This Agreement is effective as of the date of execution by the OPSB (the “Effective Date”).
