BROUGH, an individual residing at 3414 Sommerset Avenue, Redding, California 96002 (“Executive”), RUBY TUESDAY, INC . a Georgia corporation (“RTI Member”), and such other person, corporation or other entity as may from time to time be a Member (as defined herein) hereunder in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
