By submitting your books to us, you (the undersigned, by whatever name or title whether or not expressly designated) agree to our terms and conditions as stated below and this agreement is binding on you, your estate and your personal and legal representatives. Please be informed that a violation of any of the fundamental terms stated hereinafter amounts to a breach capable of terminating our contract with you.
