These General Terms and Conditions of Supply of Telecommunications Services represent CHANGXIN TECH CORP.’ (hereinafter referred to as "CHANGXIN")s standard terms and conditions of supply and in the absence of fully executed terms of supply at the time of Order Form acceptance, govern all Order Forms for Services to be provided by CHANGXIN.
