The City Council will consider entering into an Economic Development Assistance Agreement with Office Depot, the City of Long Beach and LBSH Parcel I, LLC. The Council will also consider entering into a Sales Tax Sharing Agreement with the City of Long Beach and affirming the Memorandum of Understanding adopted by the Spring Street Corridor Joint Powers Authority relative to these agreements.
