GENERAL. This Agreement is between Infinite Earth, LLC. ("Infinite Earth") and the customer identified on Page 2 ("Renter"). Infinite Earth will provide Renter the equipment described in Equipment Rental section and in accordance with the terms in this Agreement. Infinite Earth will provide the Equipment "as is" and in good working condition during the rental period. Renter agrees to pay the Rental Prices listed in Equipment Rental section. Renter agrees to return the Equipment prior to the expiration of the Rental Period, or to pay additional rental fees at the daily rental cost.
