This Agreement governs the access to and use of the ScanLife® Code Management Service and related documentation (collectively, “ScanLife”®1), the use of two dimensional bar codes created using ScanLife (“2D Bar Codes”), all data generated by the use of the 2D Bar Codes (the “Data”) and any services (the “Services”) provided by Scanbuy, Inc. (“Scanbuy”). By using this website, accessing and using ScanLife, or by creating or using 2D Bar Codes: (a) you warrant to Scanbuy that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your organization; and
