This Agreement is entered into this 15 day of May, 2015, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado (hereinafter “County”), 5334 S. Prince Street, Littleton, Colorado 80166, and Eclipse ATMs (hereinafter “Provider”), 6150 West Gila Springs Place # 14, Chandler, AZ 85226. The County and Provider may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
