THIS SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 8th day of August, 2022, (hereinafter “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and the Colorado Mission of Mercy, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Subrecipient” or “COMOM” City and Subrecipient/COMOM are sometimes each referred to as a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”
