NATIONAL HOUSINGAND HOMELESSNESS AGREEMENT An agreement between:  the Commonwealth of Australia; and the States and Territories of  New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory. This Agreement will contribute to improving access to affordable, safe and sustainablehousing across the housing spectrum, including to prevent and address homelessness, and to support social and economic participation.
