Braingrid agrees to develop at it sole expense the next generations of the BG Solution as more particularly described in Schedule B . Braingrid will provide embedded software API (but not user interface or applications) at its cost and R2G will provide applications at its cost. For clarity, the BG Solution and any enhancements and modifications are owned solely by Braingrid.
