is necessary for each Party to provision Access to the Toll Free Calling Database (or the equivalent thereof). Each Party reserves the right to modify its network pursuant to other specifications and standards, which may include Telcordia’s specifications, defining specific service applications, message types, and formats, that may become necessary to meet the prevailing demands within the U.S. telecommunications industry. All such changes shall be announced in accordance with the then prevailing industry standard procedures. Each Party shall work cooperatively to coordinate any necessary changes.
