This Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your purchase of certain Ethereum-based ERC20-compatible TIC tokens (“TIC” or “Tokens”) during the TIC Initial Sale Period (the “Token Sale Period”) from the Singapore Exchange, BiTong (the “Company”, “we” or “us”), and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and the Company. Buyer and the Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
