AGREEMENT FOR GRANT OF WAYLEAVEWayleave Agreement • March 19th, 2020
I/ We also hereby agree to permit the Water and Sewerage Authority and its personnel access at all times to my/ our lands aforesaid free of all costs, conditions and compensation, for the purpose of laying, repairing, maintaining, disconnecting or removing the said pipelines or service connection or for carrying out any inspection of works in connection therewith. Upon completion of the Works, I/ we agree to execute a Deed of Easement in favour of the Water and Sewerage Authority granting in fee simple such rights in respect of the water / sewer service connection as are referred to herein.
