Manhattan Association of REALTORS, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation having an address at 350 5th Avenue #4711, New York, NY 10118 (“MANAR”) and the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation having an address at One Maple Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605 (hereinafter referred to as “HGAR”). MANAR and HGAR are also referred to herein as the "Constituent Entities" or the "Constituent Corporations").
