This Boomi Software Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between you, the Customer (“Customer”) and Boomi, Inc. with its principal place of business at 801 Cassatt Road, Suite 120, Berwyn, PA 19312 (“Boomi”). Customer’s address shall be either the address stated in the signature blocks below (if this Agreement is signed by Customer) or on the Boomi Order into which this Agreement is incorporated by reference.
