This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this 29th day of March, 2024 by and between James Bianco, MD (“Employee”), and Tuhura Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation f/k/a Morphogenesis, Inc.
