This Software License and Services Agreement – GeoDecisions GeoPlan System ("Agreement") between GeoDecisions, a division of Gannett Fleming, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having a place of business at 209 Senate Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011 ("GeoDecisions") and the Borough of West Chester having its principal place of business at 401 East Gay Street, West Chester, PA 19380 ("Customer") is effective upon the date the Agreement is signed by both parties (“Effective Date”).
