This document contains the Terms of Service for your purchase of electricity from MI Texas REP 2, LLC dba Think Energy (“Think Energy” or the “Company”), as well as terms and conditions relating to your purchase of non-commodity products from Think Energy, as applicable, and will be referred to as the (or these) “TOS” or “Terms of Service”. The contract governing your purchase of residential or small commercial electricity from Think Energy is comprised of these the TOS, an Electricity Facts Label (“EFL”) that describes in further detail the product you have chosen, Your Rights as a Customer (the “YRAC”) which sets forth your general rights as a residential or small commercial customer purchasing electric service in Texas and your enrollment or renewal documentation, and, if applicable, any program specific Addendum(s) which are provided for in your EFL and sent to you with your other Contract documents .
