THIS HOST COMMUNITY AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT’) is entered into this 3rd day of December by and between Grow Rite, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (LLC), and any successor in interest, with a principal office address of 9 Freeland Street, Worcester, MA 01603 (the “Company”), and the Town of Upton, a Massachusetts municipal corporation with a principal address of One Main Street, Upton Massachusetts, 01568 (the “Town”), acting by and through its Board of Selectmen in reliance upon all of the representations made herein.
