This Business Improvement District Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of July 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), and is entered into between the CITY OF SAN DIEGO, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and OLD TOWN SAN DIEGO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Manager”). Manager and City are sometimes referred to in this Agreement, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
