This Interconnection Agreement under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the Agreement), is dated by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company (dba SBC ILLINOIS) (“SBC ILLINOIS”), and, MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC (“MCIm”).
