This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) for extending the term of the Agreement, as previously amended, between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Comcast Phone of Utah, LLC dba Comcast Digital Phone (“CLEC”), a Delaware Limited Liability Company. CLEC and Qwest shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
