Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement I acknowledge that I am voluntarily registering to attend the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing (Sigma) 46th Biennial Convention. As a consideration of this event registration, I release Sigma, its employees, any affiliated organization, volunteers, agents, contractors, officers and directors, and representatives (collectively "Releasees") from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, guardians, next of kin, spouses, and legal representatives now have or may have in the future for injury, damage to personal property related to i) my attendance and participation in any and all activities of the convention, ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or iii) the condition of the facilities where activities occur, whether or not I am then participating in such activities.
