THE SCHOOL BOARD OF BREVARD COUNTY, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", hereby grants to THE SECRETARY OF THE AIR FORCE, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", a License permitting the right of ingress and egress to and from Whispering Hills School, as identified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereinafter referred to as the "Premises," for the purpose of conducting atmospheric and climatic tests and monitoring, including the right to attach fixtures and equipment and erect structures, poles, signs and fencing together with the further right to remove trees, underbrush, vegetation, or other obstructions within the limits of the land hereinafter to described. Grantor and Grantee, when referred to together, are hereinafter referred to as the "Parties".
