This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Master Subscription Agreement, Terms of Service, Terms of Use, or any other agreement pertaining to the delivery of services (the “Agreement”) between Monki Labs LLC d/b/a Notejoy and the Customer named in such Agreement to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (as those terms are defined below). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
