This Master Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint, Inc., a Delaware company, with offices at 3 Second Street, Ste. 803, Jersey City, New Jersey 07311 (“Licensor”), and the State of Wisconsin at 101 E. Wilson Street, Madison, WI 53703 (“State”) or entity using Licensor’s Licensed Property, as defined below, (“Authorized User”). This Agreement is effective immediately upon the date of the last signatory (the “Effective Date”).
