This Generating System Interconnection Agreement is entered into by and between Otter Tail Corporation, d/b/a Otter Tail Power Company,“Otter Tail”, and the Interconnection Customer “ ”. The Interconnection Customer and Otter Tail are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as “Parties” or individually as “Party”.
