This Contract is between the State of Oregon (“State”) acting by and through the Department of Forestry ("Agency" or “ODF”), and Insert Contractor Here ("Contractor"). Agency and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.” This Contract is effective on the date it has been signed by all Parties and all required State of Oregon approvals have been obtained.
