This Amended and Restated Lease for Telecommunications Facilities (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2024, between the City of Mercer Island, a Washington municipal corporation (“Lessor” or “City”), and T-MOBILE WEST TOWER LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, by and through CCTMO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, its attorney-in-fact (“Lessee”), (each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
