Should any signatories fail to pay rent at the end of the contract we will chase all signatories. In the event of non-payment of Rent and/or other breach of the Agreement, any individual Tenant or group of Tenants may be pursued. This means that legal action may be brought against any one or any group of the Tenants. During the fixed term of the tenancy all tenants will be bound to the tenancy throughout. No single tenant can give notice or leave without an explicit agreement with the landlord.
