This Independent Tutor Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions whereby you, an independent service provider fully-licensed (to the extent required by applicable law) and qualified to provide the services contemplated by this Agreement (the “Tutor) agree to provide certain services (as described on Schedule 1) to third parties that may, from time to time, contact you through the web- based platform of TeacherFindr, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (dba “TutorUp”).
