Simplify Technologies GmbH, Steinbuehlstr. 15, D-35578 Wetzlar, Germany (hereinafter referred to as the ”licensor”) grants the licensee the right to use the respective software (hereinafter referred to as the ”software”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. By using, acquiring or
