This Global Resolution Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions intended to resolve the ongoing unclaimed property audit that Verus Financial LLC ("Auditor") is conducting of Western & Southern Financial Group, Inc., The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company, Columbus Life Insurance Company, Integrity Life Insurance Company, National Integrity Life Insurance Company, The Lafayette Life Insurance Company, and Western-Southern Life Assurance Company (collectively “Western & Southern”) on behalf of the states identified in the attached Schedule A (the "Participating States").
