This JOINT COMMUNITY FACILITIES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of November , 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Chula Vista, a California chartered municipal corporation (“City”) and the San Diego Unified Port District, a public corporation (“District”). The City and District may be individually referred to herein as, a “Party”, and collectively as, the “Parties”.
