THIS COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 21, 2016, between the City of Avondale, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “City”), and CORE Construction, Inc., an Arizona corporation (the “Job Order Contractor”).
