These Terms and Conditions of Contract are concluded between Axios 3D Services GmbH, Im Technologiepark 4, 26129 Oldenburg, Germany, entered in the company register kept by the District Court (Amtsgericht) Oldeburg under number HRB 4541, represented by the Management Board Member, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Holger Broers, VAT ID No.: DE 206 584 740 (hereinafter: "we" or "Axios 3D"), and the customer specified in § 1(1).
