This Agreement for the Purchase of Solar Energy from a Renewable Resource (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of __ , 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between , (“Seller”), and GEORGIA POWER COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Georgia (“Georgia Power”). Seller and Georgia Power may be hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
