This Agreement Concerning the Obligations of the Columbus City School District Board of Education (CCSD) and the South-Western City School District Board of Education (SWCSD) (each, a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”) to each other under the Extended Joint Agreement Among and Between the Boards of Education of Certain School Districts of Franklin County, Ohio, dated June 29, 1992 and subsequently amended Effective June 15, 2012, (commonly known as the “Win-Win Agreement”) is made to be effective August 22, 2016.
