This Dual Credit Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to as “MOU”) is between Texas State Technical College, an institution of higher education and an agency of the State of Texas (which may hereinafter be referred to as the “College” or “TSTC”), the Midlothian Independent School District (which may hereinafter be referred to as the “District”), and the below listed high school(s) which is/are part of the District (which may hereinafter be referred to as the “High School Partner” or collectively as the “High School Partners”). TSTC, the District, and the High School Partner(s) may individually be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties” to this MOU.
